A mysterious and nefarious fellow, Kenjamin Franklin was never seen but was purported to be a middle-aged gentlemen in the radio and television industries. Franklin once commissioned the creation of radiotv.com but abandoned the project leaving the site creators without payment or restitution. radiotv com was later launched presumably by Franklin himself in 2004.
